RBS Pocket Trainings
Touring the Market with Mike Licursi, Pete Santorelli, and Nick Altomare over the years has been my favorite experience since becoming a Cintas partner. I love meeting partners from locations, learning how their plants operate, stealing shamelessly from their success stories, and helping pass on the knowledge I have gained throughout my tenure.

Virtual Bridge Trainings
Weekly virtual Bridge sessions were a Pete Santorelli success story I am proud to have been a part of. Developing my virtual presentation skills and having the opportunity to interact with partners frequently opened up countless new relationships for me. Each trainging session I ran, at least one partner I never met would connect for a one a one. My unofficial mentor group grew exponentially through these bridge trainings.



Wednesday Mornings
​I have always been actively involved with Wednesday morning trainings and helping leadership add value to the room. Designing new and creative ways to revisit RBS or hot topics is a personal passion. I would also reach out to MAM's for location visits throughout the year, to help them stay visible and always meet newer partners quickly.
Monthly Mentor Hours
I have a 1 hour block on Mondays and Fridays available for partners to reach out. I would utilize this time to help with specific questions or situations they had. I would also design a 20-30 minute virtual exercise to help develop a new thought or skill. The last Friday of each month would be my monthly mentor call to touch base with my mentor team.
